Age 86, of Waialua, HI, passed away Nov. 3, 2016 in Wahiawa. She was born July 5, 1930 in Brgy Ferdinand Marcos, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband, Bienbinido Valion; son, Jon (Lorna) Valion; brother, John Basug; sisters, Serapina Bagaoisan, Dionicia Santiago; and 3 grand- children. Visitation 9:00 a.m., Friday (Dec. 2) at St. Michael Church (67-390 Goodale Ave., Waialua). Mass 10:30 a.m. Burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
