JULIE CHRISTINA KAUWELOA
I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13 JULIE CHRISTINA KAUWELOA, 47, passed away on November 28, 2016 at her home in Kailua. She was born on August 12, 1969 in California. Julie was a graduate of Star of the Sea School, Class of 1987. She was the owner of Manu Aloha Woodworks. She is survived by husband Nolan Kauweloa; sons, Mitchell (Lusia) and Taylor (Taylor); grandson, Talomesi; and was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Tacon. She is also survived by brothers Tony Tacon and Greg (Mary) Tacon; cousins, Luana Aiona (Gene Kalua) and Jenny Dorman; and aunt, Vera Hall. Julie loved spending quality time with her family, friends, and especially her dogs. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who always put the needs of others before herself. Her smile radiated any room she walked into and left a lasting impression on others. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 pm on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Service to begin at 6 pm. Casual attire. Fellowship to follow.
