Age 96, of Waipahu, HI, passed away Nov. 2, 2016 in Honolulu. He was born Apr. 9, 1920 in Hana, Maui, HI. He is survived by son, Gregory Amancio; daughters, Ruth Amancio, Judith (Butch) Mathias, Rachel (Jim) Phillips; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 a.m., Tuesday (Dec. 13) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Burial 1:00 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire.
