Ah Choy Lee, 98, passed peacefully Nov. 24, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. A celebration of life will be held 6 pm, Sun., Dec. 18, 2016 at Borthwick Mortuary, Vineyard Chapel. Burial service, Mon., Dec. 19, 3 pm, Hawaiian Memorial Park, Kaneohe. Born Feb. 17, 1918, Kalapana, Territory of Hawai'i, to Kam Lee and Wong Seu Lee, Ah Choy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Evelyn Chun Lee daughter, Deborah (Thomas J.) Payne of Hillsborough, CA, and son, Jeffrey Lee of Kaneohe, HI. He has several nieces and nephews. An avid gardener, Ah Choy shared bountiful harvests. He found joy in doing for others.
