Age 92, of Honolulu passed away on November 11, 2016 at Maunalani Nursing Facility. She was born in Honolulu and was a retired budget officer for Tripler Amy Medical Center. She was predeceased by her husband Caesar Tsutsumi. She is survived by daughters Diane (Wayne) Kawano and Clare (Dale) Tengan; son Michael (Linda) Tsutsumi; six grandchildren and five great- grandchildren; sister Hazel (Alfred) Higashi.
