87, of Honolulu, Hawaii died in Honolulu on July 13, 2016. He was born on September 09, 1928 in the Philippines. He was a retired musician with the Royal Hawaiian Band and a Hawaii National Guard Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; sons: Vincent, Jr. and Thomas; daughters: Janice and Susan; brothers: George, Arthur, Peter, and Stanley; sisters: Caridad Rufo, Mary Talaro, Norma Blomberg and Stella Meinzer; Four grandchildren; Three great-grandchildren. Private services held.
