95, of Honolulu, passed away on November 9, 2016. Born in Paauilo, Hawaii, he was a retired president of Grolier International Inc., Japan. He is survived by his wife, Lily Takiguchi Nakao; sons, John (Reiko) and Patrick (Molly Goode) Nakao; daughters, Marie Lego, Norine Peyton, Jennifer (Robin) Hones, Bernadette (Dean) Tsukada and Suzanne (Richard) Stacey; 13 grandchildren and sister, Myrna (Harry) Kadokawa.
