She is survived by son, Ronald Awaya; daughter, Irene (David) Strawbridge; sisters, Akiko Saito, Mitsuko "Mae" Funakoshi; 7 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 a.m., Tuesday (Jan. 3) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Memorial service 10:00 a.m. Inurnment 1:00 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
