She is survived by husband, Futao Terashima; son, Carl (Dale) Terashima; daughters, Pauline Terashima, Joyce Baker; brother, Robert (Helen) Kumasaka; sister, Elsie (Sam) Kamikawa; and 2 grandchildren.
