70, Passed away December 22, 2016. She was born in Honolulu April 7, 1946 to Herbert and Edna (Hoke) Wong. She is survived by her husband, Duane Radford and son, Shane Radford of North Carolina, brother, Vernon (Anne) Wong of Germany, sisters, LaVerne Emmsley of Honolulu and Lana (Kurt) Steinert of Alaska. Cissy graduated from Kaimuki High School in 1964 and then went to work for Hawaiian Electric until retirement. She loved spending time with family & friends and traveling. Services will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation, Tuesday, January 10 at 5:00 pm, Catholic Prayer Service 6:00 pm. Burial, Wednesday, January 11 at 10:00 am.
