Agustin, Andrea- Kaye R. Agustin, Allyson-Kate R. Agustin, brother Ely Agustin Philippines, brother Alvin R. Agustin, sister Rose Mary D. Agustin, sister Leilani A. Perez- Nava, sister Lorie D. Agustin and brother Onesimo "Lino" D. Agustin. Services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel. Visitation 4:30 PM, Service 5:30 PM.
