Julio Gaspar Batoon, 73, of Waipahu, passed away January 7, 2017 at his home. He was born July 15, 1943 in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and was a retired plantation worker for Oahu Sugar Plantation and a maintenance worker for Cenpac Properties. He was preceded in death by beloved wife, Reynalda Bueno Batoon and sister Myrna. He is survived by son, Ferdinand (Evangeline) Batoon; daughters, Annalyn (Gerry) Geronimo, Angeline Batoon, and Arlyn (Steve) Schuver; 8 grandchildren; brothers and sisters in the Philippines. Visitation 9:00-10:45 a.m. Monday (1/30/2017) at Valley of the Temples Chapel; prayer service 10:45 a.m. with burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
