He is survived by wife, Enriqueta Madayag; sons, Ricky, Ronnie, and Randy Madayag; daughter, Gemma Souza; mother, Pelagia Oliverios; brothers, Edwin, Carlos, Rolando Madayag, Frank and Leroy Oliverios; sisters, Marie Aquino, Maritta Rivera, and Percy Madayag; 9 grand- children and 1 great-grandchild.
