Age 66, of Pearl City, Hawaii, was born in Puunene, Maui to Yoshinori and Kiyoko (Ige) Isa on October 28, 1950 and passed away on December 22, 2016. Bill was a graduate of Waipahu High School 1968 and a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was employed with the Department of Defense for over 30 years as a heavy equipment mechanic/ inspector. He is survived by wife of 43 years Janet (Suyeyoshi) Isa; daughters Mittsie Isa (Garrett Lau), Misty Isa (Gary Dacuycuy); grandchildren Macie, Marc, and Macien Remular; mother Kiyoko Isa; brothers Kenneth (Charlotte) Isa, Harry (Iris) Isa, sister; Janet (Yoshito) Ishimine; sister-in-law Naomi Isa; brother-in-law Gregory Barboza and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased in death by his father Yoshinori Isa; brother Ronald Isa; sister Harriet Barboza. Visitation 3:00pm, services 4:00pm on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
