80, of Waipio Gentry, Hawaii, died in Aiea on Thursday, December 22, 2016. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hilo, Hawaii Island. Retired from US Air Force and Hawaii Air National Guard. Visitation: 9:30 a.m.; Services: 10:30 a.m.; on February 2, 2017 at Mililani Mauka Chapel. Survived by wife Gloriana; daughter Alissa (Keola) Taniguchi; son Kevin (Michelle) Valera; six grand- children. Private burial at a later date. Casual attire; no flowers.
