90 of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away Dec. 29, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his family. Born August 20, 1926 to James Placidus and Rosamond Swanzy Morgan. Raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was married to the love of his life Lucy Morgan Morgan in North Carolina in 1954. He attended Punahou School where his education was interrupted by WWII and graduated from Menlo College after the war. His passions in life were his family, Kualoa Ranch, piano and cars. He was an avid racer and later a connoisseur of antique cars. He was involved in the Antique Car club and British car club. His stories, songs, piano playing, kindness and gracious humor will be missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by his children Dianne (John) Chapman, Carolyn (Brian) Bauer and Andrew (Nancy) Morgan and his 5 grand- children Mark and Michael Morgan, Katherine and Tyler Chapman and William Bauer. Services will be on February 11, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Kualoa Ranch, Low Camp, Kaaawa Valley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
