81, of Honolulu passed away peacefully on December 30, 2016. He was born on June 21, 1935 in Honolulu. Eddie was a retired electrician of HyGrade Electric and a member of IBEW 1186. He started as an apprentice and rose to foreman at age 30, retiring as superintendent in 1994. He is survived by his wife Ruth; daughters Cindy Fujioka (Walter Okada), Susan (Nathan) Nakamura and Joanne (Daryl) Makishi of Pittsburgh; son Edward (Lisa) Fujioka of Kamuela; grandchildren Jennifer Takata, Devin, Ryan and Elyse Fujioka, and Haley Nakamura; great granddaughter Meleana Fujioka; sisters Hilda Takamatsu, Edie Buna, Amy Goto, Elaine Lee and Carol Fujioka. Preceded in death by brothers Harry and Walter Fujioka. Visitation 5pm on Friday (Feb 10) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; Service 6pm. No flowers. Casual attire.
