He is survived by wife- Sally, brothers- Patrick (Sandy), Maximo, and Brad (Leona), sister- Arcadia "Jane" (Raymond), children- Edward (Karen), Janet (Bob), Brian (Sarah), Rosemary (Craig) , Stacey (Reyna), Julius (Geri), Nyda, Llova (Mike) and Cedric (Lori), 15 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Thomas was born on Dec. 17, 1938 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, P. I. to Marcelo and Justina Ulep. He graduated from Waialua High School in 1956. A celebration of life service is scheduled for 12:00 on Saturday, Feb. 18 at St. Michael's Church in Waialua.
