CHARLES EDWARD MEYER, JR.
81, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died on Saturday, November 5, 2016, surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Honolulu, Charlie retired as Sr. Vice President in charge of mortgages at First Interstate Bank. A graduate of Punahou and the University Of Washington, Charlie had a life-long love of the ocean, traveling, and fishing. He is survived by his brother, George "Tim" Meyer, his three children, Charles Edward Meyer III, Mark Meyer, and Christina Meyer Helber, granddaughters, Chloe and Emma, and his beloved pets, Oscar and Coyote. A celebration with friends and family will take place at his residence Saturday, February 11th From 3:00-6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donation gifts can be made to the Hawaii Opera Theater.
