99, of Honolulu, HI, passed away in Honolulu on February 4, 2017. Born on August 4, 1917, she was a UH college graduate and wife of predeceased Dr. Cyrus W. Loo. Survived by children: Chalsa, Dennis (Barbara) of La Jolla, CA, and Patricia; 3 grandson; 3 great- grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Private services.
