WILLIAM TSUGIO SHIRAKI, BILL 82, of Pearl City, a Korean and Vietnam War Army veteran and retired Chief Warrant Officer 4 for the U.S. Army, passed away on February 9, 2017. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Ethel; sons, Paul (Fe) and Lionel (Mary); daughters, Patty (Charles) Umetsu and Laura (Kevin) Lee; brothers, Albert "Sonny" (Gloria Dominguez) and David (Lynn Takahashi); and grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas, Kyley, Dylan and Jacob. Visitation is at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Our Lady of Good Counsel in Pearl City. Eulogy is at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass is at 11:00 a.m. Casual Attire.
