Age 88, of Wahiawa, HI, passed away Feb. 9, 2017 in Wahiawa. She was born Aug. 8, 1928 in Kahuku. She worked as a licensed practical nurse at Kahuku Hospital, Wahiawa General Hospital, Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, Madigan Hospital in Fort Lewis, Washington, and Fort Ord Hospital in California. She is survived by daughters, Jackie (Ronnie) Claunan, Edwina (Jose Senas, Jr.) Caneda, brother, Faustino (Sally) Caparida; sisters, Fely Lavarias, Millie (Sonny) Ragragola, Jo Marie Guillermo, Sally (Joe, Jr.) Leong, Angie Caparida; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great-grandchildren. Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (March 2) at St. Michael Catholic Church (67-390 Goodale Ave., Waialua); mass 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
