Age 98, of Ewa Beach, passed away Jan. 3, 2017 in Waipahu. He was born Feb. 10, 1918 in Yamaguchi, Japan. He is survived by wife, Kiyoko Tomoyasu; son, Derik I. Tomoyasu; daughter, Lucy A. Tomoyasu (Darrin) Wong; brother, Kazuto Tomoyasu; sister, Yuriko Sato; and 1 granddaughter. Private services held.
