77, passed away on February 18, 2017. An avid fisherman and aspiring actor, he was a Vietnam veteran, attorney, former State Representative and Honolulu City Councilman. Beloved son, brother, father and grandfather, he is survived by Janet Fong; daughters, Jennifer Chapman (Paul) and Janna Hoshide (Reid), 3 grand- children and one on the way; Andrea Emoto; daughter, Nicole Fong; Brothers, Rodney Fong (Patsy) and Marvin Fong (Sandra) and sister, Merie-Ellen Gushi (Russel).
