In the evening of February 8, 2017, Peggy Mitsue Sakahara passed away peacefully at her home. Born in Honolulu; she retired as a seamstress. She will be remembered as a skilled tailor who took pride in her craftsmanship. Her caring spirit and grateful heart will be missed. She is survived by her sons, Glenn and Scott; daughter, Liane (Alan) Kim; grandsons, Chad and Kurt; sisters, Florence Au, Patsy Chan, Janet Koike; and brother, Edward Akamine. Private services held.
