Age 52, of Aiea, HI, passed away February 16, 2017 in Honolulu. He was born February 7, 1965 in Okinawa, Japan. He was retired from the Department of Defense. He is survived by wife, Lynne Higa; sons, Scott Higa, Matthew Higa; parents, Shigeo & Yoshiko Higa; brothers, Earl Higa, Lincoln (Phyllis Smith) Higa, and Gerald (Lillian) Higa. Visitation 5:00 p.m., Friday (Mar. 31) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Memorial service 6:30 p.m.
