90, of Honolulu, passed away May 7, 2017 at Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Hilo and a retired P.E. teacher. Survived by daughters, Nani Wolfson and Willa Hendrickson; sons Jacky Carroll, Joey (Helen) Carroll and Todd (Jena) Kapela; grandchildren and great grand- children; brothers, Sonny Kapela and Paul "Toddy" Kapela and sister May Davenport. Services: 8:30 am on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Star of the Sea Church, Honolulu. Private burial follows at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl).
