Alice Kikue Taira, 98, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2017 at Kuakini Geriatric Care. She was born on May 10, 1918 in Waipahu. Preceded in death by her husband, Tom Kinyei Taira, son, Clifford Kazumi Taira and grandson, Keith Kazumi Okimoto. She is survived by her son, Chester (Cheryl) Taira; daughters Patricia (Larry) Okimoto and Anne (Steven) Tanaka; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Private services held.
