61, of Kaneohe Hawaii died on June 1, 2017 at Castle Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by his mother, Helen K. Fukuda, brothers, Cliff, Delton, and Clayton, 3 nephews, a grand nephew, and a grand niece. Visitation: 10:00 am; Services: 11:00 am on Monday, June 12, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kaneohe 45-150 Waikalua Road. Burial will be Hawaii Memorial Park at 1 pm on Friday, June 16, 2017
