SHAUN KYLE KANESHIRO, 37, of Honolulu past away the afternoon of May 22, 2017 from coronary artery disease. He is survived by parents Gary and Betty Kaneshiro, brothers, Brent (Honolulu), Todd (New York), and family pet Quincy. He graduated from Holy Nativity School and was a 1998 graduate of Kaiser High School. He completed computer science classes at Honolulu Community College where he earned numerous IT certifications. Hoping to apply his IT skills in the construction industry, Shaun enrolled and went on to complete the Carpenters Apprentice Program. He was a member of the Hawaii Regional Council of Carpenters. Shaun was gifted with both mechanical and computer skills which led him to his favorite past time of building, fixing and flying aerial quad drones and helicopters. Visitation and memorial services will be held on June 24, 2017 at Calvary by the Sea Lutheran Church in Aina Haina; 6:00pm visitation; service at 6:45pm. At the family's request, no flowers please.
