Ellen Chiyoko “Chiyo” Aono
Age 86, of Kaneohe, passed away August 19, 2017. She was born in North Hilo on August 15, 1931 and was a retired sales associate for GEM Stores, Kress, Times Supermarket and Atlas Building Supply. She is survived by daughters, Charlene Sukekane, Pamela (Melvyn) Kiyuna, Bobbye (Jon) Watanabe, Roxane (Wayne) Iseri; sister, Miyoko Ganeko; 4 grandchildren. Visitation 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 9/19/2017, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service 6:30 p.m. Private inurnment. No flowers. Casual attire.
