96, of No. Kohala passed away peacefully on August 30, 2017 at St. Therese Residential Care in Buena Park, California. She was a homemaker in Halaula, HI, a creative seamstress, wonderful cook and always had a smile. She is predeceased by her husband Shintoku of 74 years and daughters Jane and Georgianne Kise. She is survived by her daughters Barbara (Gus) Arguello, Cynthia (Warren) Matsuda, 6 grandchildren, 6 great grand-children, sibling Nobuichi Katekawa and many nephews and nieces. Memorial celebrations for both Shintoku and Harue will be on September 30, 2017, 10:30 a.m. at Kohala Jodo Mission in Kapaau, HI. No Koden. Donations can be made to: Project Kokoro Crafts, 909 S.
