Former owner of CarQuest, born November 9th, 1943 in Honolulu and is survived by Mother, Caroline Fernandez, Brother; Roland and Sisters Gwen Heinicke and Hazelyn Mahukona. Service over ashes to be held Friday, September 29th, 2017 at 11:30 am at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary, visitation to begin at 10 am. Aloha Attire - No Flowers.
