He is survived by his mother Pastora Palpallatoc; brothers and sisters Maria Pinacate, Elyda & Lino Tapia, Andy & Tina Palpallatoc, Fidel & Beth Palpallatoc, Gloria & Florante Sebastian, Ines & Vinci Jarquio, and Mariano Jr. & Cathy Palpallatoc; 20 nieces/ nephews; 38 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary, service 6:30 p.m. Also, visitation 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Eulogy 10:45 a.m., MASS 11 a.m. followed by burial 2 p.m. at Valley of the Temples.
