91, of Honolulu, retired owner and ballet instructor for Kobayashi Ballet, passed away on September 17, 2017 at Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Tokyo, Japan. She is survived by son, William (Claudia); daughters, Evelyn Kobayashi and Ruth Kobayashi; granddaughter, Erin Keiko Kobayashi; and sisters, Mitsu Hasegawa and Katsumi Harada.
