Age 90, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2017. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 9, 1927, and a retiree of the US Postal Service. He will be forever remembered and cherished as a dedicated family man. He is survived by his wife, Patsy; sons Lance Akisada and Alan (Vicki) Akisada, daughter Jill (Andy) Kawano; seven grand- children - Erin (Matt) Laurent, Gavin (Stephanie) Akisada, Casey Akisada, Lindsay (Gavin) Akisada- Ventura, Mike Kawano, Brad Kawano, Katey Kawano - and four great-children; sister Grace Yokonuma.
