Allan James Hardy and Healani Ignacio HardyAllan James Hardy, 80, of Chino Hills. CA passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017 in California. Allan was born and raised in Hawaii. Healani Ignacio Hardy, 81, of Chino Hills, CA passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in California. Memorial services for the married couple of 59 years will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Waikane, Oahu, where friends and family may call from 9 a.m. until service time. Allan, known to his friends and family as "Dini" throughout his life, attended Jefferson Elementary School in Waikiki, St. Ann's School in Kaneohe, and graduated from St. Louis High School in Honolulu, class of 1957. Allan was the owner of Gemini Industries of Pomona, CA. Gemini Industries was his passion until his death. Healani, daughter of Rose Akana and John Ignacio of Hanapepe, Kauai, was a graduate of Waimea High School. Survivors include daughters Leidene Evans and Lanell Huizar; son Shawn Hardy; and brothers Melvin (Phyllis) Hardy of Honolulu, HI, Edmund (Carol) Hardy of Portland, OR, and Thomas C. Hardy of Ka'a'awa, HI: sisters Frances (Masagi) Padeken of Ka'a'awa, HI, Mililani (Franklin) Hopkins of Hilo, HI and Melanie Gibb of Des Moines, IA; grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
