He is survived by his loving wife Gwendolyn K. Hovinen; Hanai Son Daran K. Ah Tou (Cissy) of Oakland. Hanai Daughter, Francine K. Ah Tou; 6 Hanai Grandchildren, Hanai sister Rolita Smith of Maui, Nephew David Hovinen (Sally), sister in laws Rita and Virginia Hovinen all of Chicago, Illinois. Celebration of Life will be held at Saint Rita's Catholic Church, October 26, 2017 with visitation beginning at 9 am.
