60, passed away October 13, 2017, at Castle Medical Center. He is survived by sisters Ann (George) Andreas and Maria Burns, cousins and many friends. He was born September 6, 1957 in Honolulu and graduated from Kalaheo High School in 1976. Pat worked at the Honolulu Police Department as a 911 Call Taker for over 30 years. Services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Kailua. Visitation from 10 - 11 a.m. Mass at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Burial at 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Aloha Attire.
