Age 90, of Waialua, Oahu passed away on September 27, 2017 in Honolulu. She was born in Hakodate, Japan and was a retired teacher. Toshiko was predeceased by her husband Katsuyuki Muraoka. She is survived by sons Gordon, Melvin and Clifford Muraoka; 2 grandchildren. Private services held. Family requests no monetary offerings and no flowers.
