She is survived by her husband, Yasutoshi Takushi; daughters, Kiyomi (Jr.) Lorica, Manami Takushi, Tomoko Takushi (Randy Little) and Lisa Takushi; and 5 grand- children, Koby, Noah, Logan, Joshua and Zoe.
