98, of Honolulu, a retired civil engineer for the Federal Aviation Administration, passed away on October 5, 2017 at Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son, Michael (Laurel); daughter, Lynne Otsuka; brother, Keith; sisters, Alice Inouye, Hazel Yasuda, Betty Higashino, Ethel Ishii and Beatrice Choy; and by five grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
