She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Howard Kauauanuiamahi de Fries Sr., and son, Henry Howard Kauauanuiamahi Jr. She retired from Royal Hawaiian Perfumes formerly known as Browny Perfumes in 1980, as head of the Shipping Department. She's been a member of the Ka Makua Mau Loa Church since birth and served our Lord for almost 70 years as a Deaconess and as their Kakauolelo (Secretary). She is survived by her sons, Hiram A. (Trudi) de Fries, John A. de Fries; daughters, Loretta O. "Pudge" (Walter) Hussey, Rhofrandele A. "Rhodie" (Mark) Fisher; Grandchildren: Andrea (Lance) Leong, Michelle Hussey, Nicole (Sohn) Lee; Shana Ethridge, Tamar (Jed) Saronitman, Trent (Ami) de Fries, John Jordan, Moni (Mark) Switzer, Greg (Linda), Kevin (Loren), John Garrett and Kristie de Fries; and Great Grandchildren: Taylor, Brock & Haley "Kani" Hussey-Namuo, Lauren, Lindsey, Leiana Leong, Ethan "Kawena", Maya "Anela", Anya "Mehana", & Sanoe Lee, Brock, Sophie, & Hank Ethridge, Alexis de Fries, Hiram Saronitman, Tessa Bella and Brock de Fries, Jordan & Jocelyn Switzer, Levi, Keauna, & Keone Jordan, and Emma, Olivia, Lilah, Ella, Bryson and Kash de Fries, and nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5:00 pm Tuesday December 12, 2017 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Mauka Chapel followed by funeral service at 6:30 pm officiated by Kahu Po'o Rev. John C.
