81, left us peacefully on December 5th, 2017 in Kapolei, Hawaii. She was born November 25th, 1936 in Narvacan Ilocos Sur Philippines. She worked with the state for 23 years. Survived by her sister; Josephine Peralta; brother, Herminio Fines; sons, Luis Jr. (Evelyn), Eliseo (Delia), Lawrence (Brandi); daughters, Roselily Andres (Esmenio), Elizabeth Mattson (David); 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
