59, of Kaneohe, passed away on December 6, in Honolulu. She is survived by children Justin (Natasha) Puaoi, Jenn (Antoine) Anderson, Jocelyn Puaoi, and Joy (Kalae) Lono; mom Cecilia; brothers Steve and Jerry; 10 grandchildren; predeceased by dad Joseph Cullen III. Celebration of Life on December 29 at 9AM at Kualoa Park.
