"It is with great sadness that the family of Craig Kenichi Hamura announces his passing on December 26, 2017 at the age of 74 years in his hometown of Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a lifelong athlete for himself, a vigorous coach for his children, and a devoted fan for his grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Sharon, son Damon (Sandy), daughter Wendy (Damien) Arafiles, grandsons Trent, Javin, and Wyatt Hamura, and Mason Arafiles, and granddaughter Teagan Arafiles.
