Born in Fort Pierce, Florida, Frederick graduated from Mercer and served in the Korean War before moving to Honolulu in 1958, where he had a long career in finance. Frederick was a devout Episcopalian and an active Mason and Shriner, and was Potentate of the Aloha Temple in 1985. He was preceded in death by son Carey Overstreet and is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dorothy Jean, children Jimmy Williams, David Williams, Maryann Overstreet and Catherine Overstreet, and four grand- children. Services: Saturday, January 20th at 11:00 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral, and Sunday, January 21st at 2:00 at St. Clement's Church.
