Kazuo Ota, farmer, husband, and father, 96 of Keopu, Hawaii, joined his beloved wife, Yukie and son, Gary, on December 17, 2017. He is survived by sons Ronald Ota and Isaac (Lorraine) Ota, of Honolulu, son Gene (Lydia) Ota of Kona, and daughter Lorraine (Wendell) Kawano of Kamuela along with 7 grand- children and 3 great-grand- children. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for January 21, 2018, from 10-2 at the Royal Kona Resort. In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made in his memory to Hospice of Kona.
