92, of Aiea, passed away on December 31, 2017. Born on Maui, she was a retired U.S. Government secretary at Fort Shafter. Preceded in death by husband, John Kazuo Tsukamoto, she is survived by her son, Dr. Eric Tsukamoto; daughters, Janice (Chester) Lum and Deanna Bican Tsukamoto; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Betsy (Arthur) Ishida and Grace (Ralph) Murakami.
