Joseph Salz was born in Okinawa, Japan on September 4, 1963 to Herm and Tomiko Salz. At the young age of 54, Joe passed unexpectedly on February 5, 2018, while doing the work he loved, leaving behind his wife Christina and daughter Clarissa. He joins his 3 sons and 2 daughters, Joseph (LJ), Christopher Joe (CJ), Callie, Brooklyn, Everett Joe (EJ), his parents, Tomiko and Herm, and older brother, David in heaven. His loving family will always remember the love he shared, his joy for fishing and his enthusiasm for food. He is survived by his wife Christina, daughter Clarissa, sister Linda, and brother Max. All are welcome to attend his celebration of life on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. Services start at 11:00 a.m. with reception to follow. Casual attire. No flowers.
